"My hot water heater began leaking over a weekend. I started calling plumbers on Monday morning and couldn't get anyone to commit to same day service. It was around noon on Monday when I spoke to Snyder's and explained the situation. I knew it was later in the day but still asked if there was any way that I could get one installed same day. Jon in their office said I could, but that all their plumbers were already on jobs and depending on how late in the day their plumber arrived at my hours it might cost more for an "after hours" rate. At this point my kids and I were so desperate for a shower I told him that the after hour charge was fine. About 2 hours later Thomas showed up with a new tank. He said that he finished a job early and wanted to try and get my tank installed before the "after hours" rate kicked in! I was so appreciative! Jon was understanding and sympathetic in their office and Thomas was knowledgeable and friendly during the installation. I would certainly use Snyder's Plumbing again."
